  The company was extremely professional and so were the technicians. Everything was great but it was very expensive. You will get great service from this company but you will pay for it. I was not thrilled that I had to pay a fee to get a technician to my house and then pay another fee to diagnose my problem. I would most likely not use this company again, but I am confident and satisfied with the work I received.
  
  UPDATE: after giving this company a 3 star review initially due to the price I am changing my review to 5 stars. I had the same problem 2 months later due to a breaker being flipped (I didn't realize that at the time) and the technicians came back and fixed it for free and explained to me how to fix it myself next time. This was covered under the warranty. This company has great customer service. I would recommend them.
